Delete Your Account
In the game
- Open the game and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Online Account.
- Confirm in the dialog. The game needs a connection to the server for this.
Your account and your hero are deleted on the server at once, and the phone forgets its copy of your hero. If you also want to remove the game's other files on your phone (settings and hints), choose Settings → Reset Progress instead; it deletes the account too.
Without the app
If you no longer have the game or the phone, write to info@proofdocs.de with the subject "Delete my Draftborn account". Please include your account code (shown as your friend code on the Friends page) or, if you do not know it, your player name and roughly when you last played online. Because the account has no e-mail address or password, we may ask a question to make sure the account is yours. We delete it within one month and confirm by e-mail.
An account without a sign-in for 24 months is deleted automatically, even if you do nothing.
What is deleted
- your hero with all its progress: levels, gold, Honor, items, goods, talents, quests, achievements, records, looks and match history;
- your account code and its key, your player name and your profile card;
- your ratings, your records and your rows on the leaderboards;
- your friends, friend requests and blocks;
- your guild membership and the guild invitations sent to you; if you were the guild master, the guild passes to another member, and a guild without members is closed;
- your listings in the auction house with the items and goods they hold, and your mailbox with the gold and items not collected yet;
- your Starshards, your purchase records and everything you bought: looks, premium season rows and comfort.
All of this is lost for good and is not refunded.
What stays, and for how long
- Backups of the server data are kept 14 days, so your data disappears from them at the latest 14 days after the deletion.
- Web server logs with IP addresses are kept 7 days.
- Reports about you and the lines of our moderation log about your account are deleted at once. Reports you sent about others stay without your account code, at most 6 months (see the Privacy Policy).
- Your purchase history at Google or Apple stays with the store under its own rules; we cannot delete it.
- The bare order ids of your purchases stay on the server without any link to you, so that no purchase can be credited twice.
- The settings and hints on your phone stay until you choose "Reset Progress" or uninstall the game.
