Terms of Sale

For purchases in the game Draftborn. Version of 31 October 2026.

1. Seller and scope

The seller of the content you buy in Draftborn is Manuel Ennsfellner, sole trader, Gadern 45, 4775 Taufkirchen an der Pram, Austria, info@proofdocs.de, VAT identification number ATU72905136 ("we"). These terms apply to every purchase in the game. They add to our Terms of Use.

2. What you can buy

Everything you can buy changes only how things look or adds comfort. Nothing bought makes a hero stronger, and nothing gives random rewards: every product and every pack has a fixed content.

In the store you buy these products:

ProductContentList price
100 Starshards100 Starshards€0.99
500 Starshards500 Starshards€4.99
1,000 Starshards1,100 Starshards (1,000 and 100 bonus)€9.99
2,000 Starshards2,400 Starshards (2,000 and 400 bonus)€19.99
Starter Packthree weapon looks (Recruit's Blade for the sword, Recruit's Bow for the bow, Recruit's Staff for the staff), the roll trail "Hearthfire Trail" and 100 Starshards; once per account, from hero level 3€1.99
Supporter Packthe title "Patron of the Hearth" and an animated gold frame; once per account€4.99

The list prices are prices in euros including VAT. The price that counts is the one the store shows in its checkout, in your currency and including the taxes that apply where you live.

With Starshards you can buy in the game's Shop:

The game shows every price in Starshards and in euros before you buy (one Starshard is shown as one cent).

3. How a purchase works

  1. The game shows what you buy and its price and asks you to confirm.
  2. You pay in the checkout of Google Play or the App Store. The store handles payment, receipt and taxes under its own terms.
  3. Our server checks the purchase with the store and adds it to your account, once per order.
  4. Only then is the purchase completed in the store. If the connection breaks in between, the purchase is delivered the next time you sign in.

Buying and spending Starshards needs an internet connection. When you spend Starshards, our server takes them from your account and adds what you bought. The contract is concluded when the store confirms your payment. Our offer is in English.

Review note: check how the contract roles between player, store and seller are described in the Google Play and Apple developer agreements, and adjust this section if needed.

4. Starshards

5. When Starshards and purchases are lost

Starshards and everything bought belong to your account. They are lost for good when the account is deleted: when you choose "Delete Online Account" or "Reset Progress", or automatically after 24 months without a sign-in. While an account is suspended under the Terms of Use, it cannot be used, and a permanently suspended account is deleted after 24 months like any account without a sign-in. The game warns you before you delete.

Review note: decide what happens to Starshards and bought content if the online service is ever shut down (for example a notice period announced in the game).

6. Monthly limit

Under Settings → Purchases you can set a monthly limit (off, €10, €25 or €50). Above the limit the game starts no further purchase until the next calendar month.

7. Right of withdrawal

The store's checkout informs you about the statutory right of withdrawal. Starshards and packs are digital content that is delivered right after the purchase; the store asks there for your consent to the immediate delivery. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its rules: for Google Play through the order history of your Google account, for the App Store at reportaproblem.apple.com.

9. Problems with a purchase

If something you paid for did not arrive or does not work, first try "Restore Purchases" in the settings. If that does not help, write to info@proofdocs.de with your account code (shown as your friend code on the Friends page) and the store's order number. Your statutory warranty rights for digital content stay unaffected.

10. Minors

If you are a minor, ask a parent or guardian before you buy. Both stores offer parental controls for purchases, and the game's monthly limit can cap spending.

11. Applicable law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain in force.
